Fill in all fields in the form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. It will automatically send your details to us and we will respond at the earliest.

Just give our team a call on (02) 8399 1838 and we will either help you through it or just do your quote over the phone.

You will receive your quote back within 3 business days, once you have received this and are happy, you just need to call us on (02) 8399 1838 to confirm the application and we will process it immediately.

Excess is a predefined amount payable when making a claim. On many of our insurances, there are no excesses. On some though an excess applies. This will either be deducted from the amount payable or can be paid at the beginning of the process.

You will receive a 'Cover Note' as soon as you verbally agree to the coverage, your policy will begin once it has been processed and monies paid. The time under the cover note will come off your overall coverage.

You can either call us on (02) 8399 1838 or log onto the website and fill in the 'claim form'. It will submit your claim details to us and we will process your claim.

Different claims have different requirements. 

• In a theft or break-in claim you will need a Police report number.
• In a storm or earthquake case, you will just need to provide access to your property at a later stage for the inspectors to see the damage.
• In an accidental breakage case, you won't need any evidence.

Claims will be paid by cheque. The figure payable will be the agreed payable figure minus excess (if not paid in advance) and any outstanding premium.

You will receive a renewal notice with any changes to policy or price with 42 days remaining on your cover. You can then choose to renew and continue your coverage.
